Pizza. It’s one of those meals that you love to have during big sporting events or as a treat to end the week on Friday nights. Unfortunately, traditional pizza is full of carbs and is usually not allowed on a ketogenic diet. Well now, we have a solution! I mean, it’s amazing what a little cheese and almond flour can do! The main part of this recipe is the dough. You can add as many or as few toppings as your heart desires! I hope you enjoy this one because I know we did!

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line your pizza pan with non-stick parchment paper.
  2. Place your mozzarella and cream cheese into a microwave safe dish and place in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
  3. Stir until both cheeses are mixed and smooth
  4. Add in your almond flour and mix well.
  5. Next, mix in both of your eggs.
  6. Continue mixing until you have a nice dough like consistency.
  7.  Spoon your dough onto your parchment paper covered pan.
  8. Wet your hands and spread your dough out to your desired shape and thickness.
  9. With a fork, place several holes into your dough.
  10. Place dough in oven for 8 minutes.
  11. Take dough out of oven and cover in pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella, and pepperoni.
  12. Place pizza back in oven for 8-11 minutes.
  13. Remove pizza from oven, slice, and ENJOY!
