Below is a recipe that has been created to replicate those delicious biscuits, and I promise you, they taste just like the real thing! These biscuits are fluffy and cheesy, with a slight hint of garlic. Not only is the recipe delicious, but it is also very easy. 0/0 steps made- Combine mozzarella and cream cheese into a large microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high power for 45 seconds until slightly melted.
- Remove from microwave and stir. Return to microwave for 20 more seconds.
- Remove from microwave and stir to make sure all the cheese has melted.
- In another bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and eggs together.
- Once mixed, add in your mozzarella and cream cheese mixture.
- Add cheddar cheese to the top of mixture and fold in.
- Lightly dust a piece of plastic wrap with almond flour.
- Pour the biscuit dough onto the dusted portion of the plastic wrap and wrap in plastic to form a ball.
- Refrigerate dough for at least 20-30 minutes.
- Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
- Unwrap dough and cut into 8 pieces.
- Grease your baking pan with butter and roll each piece of dough into a ball.
- Place the dough balls on pan away from the edges.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let them cool, and ENJOY!
