Well, what if I told you that there is a way to indulge in those delicious biscuits without all the carbs?! Below is a recipe that has been created to replicate those delicious biscuits, and I promise you, they taste just like the real thing! These biscuits are fluffy and cheesy, with a slight hint of garlic. Not only is the recipe delicious, but it is also very easy. These biscuits can easily be eaten as a snack or to go with any of your meals, like a breakfast sandwich. Try it out and enjoy!

  1. Combine mozzarella and cream cheese into a large microwave safe bowl.
  2. Microwave on high power for 45 seconds until slightly melted.
  3. Remove from microwave and stir. Return to microwave for 20 more seconds.
  4. Remove from microwave and stir to make sure all the cheese has melted.
  5. In another bowl, mix the almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, and eggs together.
  6. Once mixed, add in your mozzarella and cream cheese mixture.
  7. Add cheddar cheese to the top of mixture and fold in.
  8. Lightly dust a piece of plastic wrap with almond flour.
  9. Pour the biscuit dough onto the dusted portion of the plastic wrap and wrap in plastic to form a ball.
  10. Refrigerate dough for at least 20-30 minutes.
  11. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  12. Unwrap dough and cut into 8 pieces.
  13. Grease your baking pan with butter and roll each piece of dough into a ball.
  14. Place the dough balls on pan away from the edges.
  15. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  16. Remove from oven, let them cool, and ENJOY!
